Oven Operation
TEMPERATURE PROBE
Use only the temperature probe shipped with this appliance.
Refer to the illustration below. The temperature probe mea-
sures the internal temperature of food while cooking. It can
be used with all cooking modes except Gourmet.
Setting controls:
Select desired cooking mode and temperature.

Place probe in the thickest part of the food being

cooked, then insert connector into the receptacle. Refer
to the illustration below.
Press TEMP (do not press OK).

Press TEMP and turn knob to select desired doneness,

then press OK.
The probe temperature will appear on the display once it is
above 85°F .

CAUTION
Probe and probe receptacle will be very hot. Handle
with care.

Setting controls:
With oven off, press OK and turn knob to USER

SETTINGS, then press OK.
Turn knob to ACOUSTICAL SIGNAL, then press OK.

Turn knob to OFF, then press OK.

Turn knob to ILLUMINATION, then press OK.

Turn knob to VIA BUTTON ONLY, then press OK.

Touch OFF.

Press MODE four times, then press OK. Select desired

temperature above 210°F , then press OK.
