Conditions and Products Covered
The Toro Company and its affi liate, Toro Warranty Company, pursuant to
an agreement between them, jointly promise to the original purchaser*
to repair during the warranty period your Toro LCE (Lanscape Contractor
Equipment) ("Product") if it requires repair due to defects in materials or
workmanship.
* "Original purchaser" means the person who originally purchased the Toro product.
The following warranty time periods apply from the date of purchase by the
original owner:

***Lifetime Frame Warranty - If the main frame, consisting of the parts welded together to form the
tractor structure that other components such as the engine are secured to, cracks or breaks in nor-
mal use, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no cost for parts and labor. Frame failure
due to misuse or abuse and failure or repair required due to rust or corrosion are not covered.
This warranty includes the cost of parts and labor, but you must pay trans-
portation costs.
Instructions for Obtaining Warranty Service
If your Product contains a defect in materials or workmanship, follow this
procedure:
1. Contact your Authorized Toro Service Dealer to arrange service of the
product. You may contact any Toro Authorized or Master Service Dealer
to arrange service at their dealership. To locate a dealer, go to your
Operator's Manual or your telephone directory (look under "Lawn Mow-
ers") or access our website at www.Toro.com.
2. Bring the product and your proof of purchase (sales receipt) to your
seller or the Service Dealer.
3. If for any reason you are dissatisfi ed, contact us at:

Owner Responsibilities
You must maintain your Product by following the maintenance procedures
described in the Operator's Manual. Such routine maintenance, whether
performed by a dealer or by you, is at your expense.
Items and Conditions Not Covered
This express warranty does not cover the following:
• The battery in Z-Master Zero Turn Mowers are not warranted by Toro,
contact your Authorized Toro Service Dealer or the battery manufacturer
for warranty.
• Product failures which result from the use of non-Toro replacement
parts, or from installation and use of add-on, modified, or unapproved
accessories
• Product failures which result from your failure to perform required main-
tenance and/or adjustments
• Product failures which result from operating the Product in an abusive,
negligent or reckless manner
• Parts subject to consumption through use unless found to be defec-
tive. Examples of parts which are consumed, or used up, during normal
Product operation include, but are not limited to, digging teeth, tines,
spark plugs, tires, tracks, filters, chains, etc.
• Failures caused by outside influence. Items considered to be outside
influence include, but are not limited to, weather, storage practices,
contamination, use of unapproved coolants, lubricants, additives, or
chemicals, etc.
• Normal "wear and tear". Normal "wear and tear" includes, but is not
limited to, worn painted surfaces, scratched decals or windows, etc
• Repairs necessary due to improper fuel, contaminants in the fuel sys-
tem, or failure to properly prepare the fuel system prior to any period of
non-use over three months
• The battery and any component covered by a separate manufacturer's
warranty
• Pickup and delivery charges
All repair covered by this warranty must be performed by an Authorized
Toro Service Dealer using Toro authorized replacement parts.
General Conditions
The purchaser is covered by the national laws of each country. The rights
to which the purchaser is entitled with the support of these laws are not
restricted by this warranty.
