Here, you can see the online status of each of your devices. Your online status may be one of the following:
A green checkmark indicates that your device is online and ready to
use.
A yellow exclamation point indicates that your device is online, but the
device password has changed. You will need to enter your new device
password to access your device again.
A red x indicates that your device is offl ine and currently cannot be
accessed remotely.
If your device is offl ine, try the following:
• Check to make sure that the Internet connection to your device is
working properly.
• Try restarting your Internet router.
• Check your device's cable connections and make sure they are
secure.
If you still cannot access your device, reset your device and run the Setup
Wizard again from the Installation CD included in your package.
