ith this function of your new
oven, you can enjoy the benefits
of combinationcooking with the
precisionof the temperature
probe. Four CombinationCodes
are shownon the chart on page
26 to make it easy to program
microwavepowerleveland oven
temperaturewith only one entry.
The probemakes it simple to
cook to the exact degree of
doneness desired, by monitoring
the internaltemperature of the
food. This function is exactlylike
CombinationTime Cooking
exceptyou set internal food
temperaturedesired insteadof
cooking time.

Step 2: Touch CombinationCOOK
pad. "Enter Comb Code" flashes
and the time of day disappears from
the display.
Step 3: Select the Combination
Code by touching a number pad
from 1 to 4 depending on oven
temperature needed. The code
entered is shown on the display and
"Enter Comb Food Temp" flashes.
Step 1:
Insert the temperature
probe into food as directed in this
munualor in the Cookbook. Plug
the other end swurely into the own
w:]] 1 Iw!ptack!.
Step 4: Enter the desired finished
food temperature by touching the
number pads in sequence. For
example, to set 180"F.,touch 1, 8
and Oin that order. The selected
temperature is shown on the
display.
Step 5: Touch STARTto begin
cooking. The selected food
temperature disappears and the
display shows "-80" until internal
food temperature reaches 80°F.
Then display showsactual food
temperature as it rises. When food
reaches the selected temperature,
the display shows "End" and the
oven signals and turns off.
