Troubleshooting
Problem
The appliance does not switch on.
The appliance has weak suction

Possible cause
There is no power in the mains
supply socket.
dust bag is full.
Filter is not installed correctly.
Extension tube is clogged.
A small amount of heat is normally produced by the
vacuum during use.
Possible solution
Check fuse or cut-out
switch. Replace the
fuse or reset the
switch.
Empty the dust bag.
Remove the tube and/
or brushes. Remove
the obstruction.
