Power Saving Mode

Configure Power saving mode settings to conserve
battery power.
1. From the Home screen, touch

2. Touch
OFF/ON next to Power saving mode to enable
or disable the setting.
3. Touch Power saving mode for options:
• CPU power saving: Limit the maximum performance of the
CPU (Central Processing Unit). This does not affect normal
usage, such as browsing and video playback.
• Screen power saving: Use low power level for the screen.
• Turn off haptic feedback: Turn off haptic feedback to
save power.

Accessory Settings

Configure your phone's behavior when it is connected to an
optional dock (not included).

2. Touch Accessories for options:
• Dock sound: When enabled, a sound plays when you dock or
undock the phone.
• Audio output mode: When enabled and the phone is docked,
audio plays through speakers connected to the dock.
• Desk home screen display: When enabled, the desk home
screen displays when the phone is docked.
• Automatic unlock: When enabled, flipping the S View cover
open unlocks the screen, provided Screen lock is set to Swipe
or None.
• Show in-call screen: When enabled, during a call, the screen
turns on automatically when you move your phone away from
you ear.
• Audio output: Set HDMI audio output to Stereo or Surround
mode.
