Install an Optional Memory Card
You can install an optional microSD or microSDHC
memory card (not included) to expand available
memory space.
Note: A memory card can be installed at any time; it
is not necessary to install it prior to using the device.

Install the Battery

1. Insert the battery into the opening on the back of
the phone, making sure the connectors align.
2. Gently press down to secure the battery.

Replace the Back Cover

1. Place the back cover onto the back of the phone
and securely press down around the edges until
you hear clicking. Press down all the way around
the outside of the cover to create a tight seal.
Note: Water-resistant and dustproof based on IP67
rating, which tests submersion up to 1 meter for up to
30 minutes. Not shockproof. Covers must be tightly
closed.
Caution: Before closing the cover, check to see if
there is any foreign substance such as dust or sand
between the rubber on the back of the cover and the
sealing area.
2. To avoid water damage, ensure that the back
cover is completely closed by pressing just
below the flash.
Caution: When replacing the back cover, do not
apply pressure to the screen ("squeeze") as this can
damage the screen.
