Cell-phone can`t power on.
Check the Battery Voltage.

(connector or Dome Crack etc)
Check the voltage of 3rd pin
of TR800 When power key is
pressed. Is it more than 3.5V
Check the U500 output voltage
(C529 > 2.0V, C534 > 2.8V)
Check the U500 output signal
(AP_PS_HOLD(TP) > 2.8V)
Check the Clock OSC500(C515)
Is that frequency 32Khz?
