PATCH
The
Groove
sets the timing
for
the
changes and
relative
values of some
Sequence
parameters.
By
assigning the
Groove
settings to existing
rhythm
patterns, the
relative
values
are
added
to the
same sounds
(sequence parameters
of the specified
instruments) as the timing
set in
the Groove, changing
the
sounds
in
a
certain cycle.

Factors
The
Random
Factors
are
used
to
randomly
alter
the values of the specified
Sequence
parameters.
By
changing
the
Nuance
of
a
drum
Instrument, the
sound
will
change
subtly
with each
stroke. Also,
by changing
the
Nuance
of a cymbal
Instrument, the
sound
will
change depending on
the
position of the
stroke.
Such random
changes
create
more
realistic
and
natural
performances.
