This function allows you to switch the s (scene mode) according to the subject.
Set the mode dial to s.

Press 12 to select a scene mode, and press e.

Macro Mode

This mode lets you shoot as close as 20cm/7.9 in.(wide) and 60 cm/23.6 in. (tele)
from your subject.(when the zoom is set for the zoom-in angle) to your subject.

Use this mode to take pictures as close as 3cm/1.2in. to your subject. In & mode,
the position of the zoom lens is fixed. If the distance between the camera and
the subject is over 70cm/27.6in., the picture will be out of focus.
Press 4&.
