Setting up the Parental Lock

The Parental Lock function works in conjunction with DVDs and DVB-T
|

that have been assigned a rating which helps you control the types of
|
| DVDs that your family watches. There are up to 8 rating levels on a disc.
1. With the unit in Stop mode, press the MENU button.

Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Setup, then press the OK or ► button.

When you operate your HDD & DVD Recorder for the rst time, the
"Create the Password" message will be displayed.
4. Enter the 4-digit password using the number buttons on the remote
control.
The "Con rm the password" message will be displayed. Enter your
password again.

1. Remove the disc.
