  • Page 8 Either GSM or CDMA module can be installed in the Mobile Port of SIMADO GFXD1111S as per the requirement of the user. Therefore, the Mobile Port can be either GSM or CDMA. In GSM Port, SIM Card is installed and in CDMA port, RUIM Card is installed.

    SIMADO GFXD1111S is a compact device that interfaces GSM network to the PSTN network. SIMADO GFXD1111S supports quad-band operation allowing it to work with any GSM network. SIMADO GFXD1111S is the most versatile product, providing Data, Fax, SMS and GPRS service through its mobile port. It finds its application in corporate business establishments, STD/PCO booth, SOHO etc.

    FXS port labeled as FXS is used to connect telephone instrument with CLI display to SIMADO GFXD1111S. It is also used to connect GFXD1111S to the FXO Port of the PBX. FXO Port FXO Port labeled as FXO is used to connect SIMADO GFXD1111S to the PSTN network or to the FXS Port of the PBX. Communication Port Communication Port labeled as 'COM 10101' is used to connect SIMADO GFXD1111S to a computer.

    Network will allow the GSM module to access the GSM network only if the IMEI code is registered in the white list of EIR. This number is useful in case SIMADO GFXD1111S is lost or stolen. When the GFXD1111S is lost or stolen, the network operator can block IMEI number of the GSM module installed in the system.
