FUJIFILM NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR FUJIFILM DIGITAL CAMERA
The FUJIFILM Digital Camera ("Product") contained in this package is warranted to the original end user purchaser by
FUJIFILM North America Corporation ("FUJI FILM") only against defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) full year from the date of purchase
("Warranty Period") from an authorized FUJIFILM dealer in the
u.s.A.
This limited warranty does not apply to any Product purchased outside the
u.s.A.
or from an unauthorized dealer, distributor or seller or to any refurbished or reconditioned product. This limited warranty
does
not cover software,
cables, memory cards, batteries, flash equipment or any other accessories which may be contained in this package ("Accessories"). This limited
warranty is non-transferable and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein.
FUJIFILM will, at its option, repair and/or replace (with a unit of like condition which may be refurbished). a defective Product that is returned,
postpaid and insured, within the Warranty Period to an authorized FUJIFILM Repair Center. If replacement parts are used in making repairs, these
parts may be remanufactured or contain remanufactured materials. This limited warranty is the purchaser's sale remedy should the Product be found
to be defective. This limited warranty does not apply if the Product has been damaged by accident, mishandling, misuse, abuse, alteration, use with
incompatible accessories, an electrical power problem, a third party device, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions or if the Product
defect or damage is due to services performed by anyone other than an authorized FUJI FILM Repair Center.
In returning the Product for repair, the Product must be delivered in either a cardboard shipping box or in another carton offering a sufficient degree
of protection. Do not include any other items or Accessories with the Product. It is advisable to return the Product using a courier seNice which
provides a shipping tracking number. The Product must be accompanied by written evidence of the date of purchase, such as the original dated sales
receipt. FUJIFILM will not be responsible for any

or damage incurred in transit or otherwise in connection with the return of the Product, nor will
FUJIFILM be responsible for the return of any items that are included with the Product.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN CONDITIONS ON THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF WARRANTED PRODUCTS, SOTHE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY

THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS FUJI FILM'S ONLY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT
TO
THE PRODUCT AND FUJIFILM MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS
WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILlTY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE APPLIES TO THE PRODUCT
AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU).

THE EXTENT A WRITIEN WARRANTY FROM FUJIFILM FOR ACCESSORIES IS SEPARATELY PROVIDED, FUJIFILM MAKES NO WARRANTY
WHATSOEVER, WRITIEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY ACCESSORY,INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTIBILlTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING
OR USAGE OF TRADE. ALL ACCESSORIES ARE SOLD "AS IS." SOME STATES PROHIBIT OR LIMIT THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THIS
PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY

In no event will FUJI FILM or its authorized dealers be liable for any lost profits or special, consequential or incidental damages even if such damages
result from negligence or other fault.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES, SO SUCH LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT
APPLY

YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM

TO
STATE.
If any court having jurisdiction finally holds that this limitation of remedies and liabilities is void or unenforceable, FUJI FILM's liability for any claim
shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim, excluding any taxes, shipping or other costs.
