SYMPTOM PROBLEM
Vertical white Toner is low and does
streaking or faint not distribute properly,
areas on page. or the drum is worn out.
LED array is dirty.

SOLUTION
Replace toner cartridge. Check drum and
replace the drum, if necessary. Contact
service.
Clean LED array.

Replace image drum and toner.
Contact service.
Replace toner cartridge.
Use recommended paper.
Clean LED array.
Install new toner cartridge.
Change darkness setting.
Turn paper over in tray. (Note arrow on
paper package). Install paper print side
down in tray.
Avoid storing paper in areas of excessive
temperature and humidity. Store paper in
protective wrapping.
Recommended operating humidity: 20-
80%.
