There are two types of passwords you can set:

Setup Password prevents unauthorized access
to the Setup Utility. Once set, you must key-
in this password the next time you want to
enter the Setup Utility. Section 5.3 discusses
this utility in detail.

Power-on Password secures your computer
against unauthorized use. Once set, you
have to type it whenever you boot the
computer.
