Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

If it is necessary to replace any of the display assembly subcomponents: Flex the inside of the top edge (1), left and right sides (2), and the inside of the bottom edge (3) of the display bezel until the bezel disengages from the display enclosure.

If replacing the display enclosure, be sure that the subcomponents (including the webcam/microphone module, the antenna receivers, and all associated cables and hardware) are transferred to the new enclosure.
