2 Card installation/removal lever
Used for installing/removing the card. Refer to the leaflet included with
the card for installation.
Refer to the owner's manual supplied with each device for more
information about installation and removal.
3 ERR indicators
Flash or light when an error occurs in the card.
Red
Optical power has dropped. Try the steps listed below. If the
(flashes)
problem persists, the device will continue to operate but an
inspection is required as soon as possible.
Red
Communication is not possible. Try the steps listed below. If the
(lights)
problem persists, an internal failure might have occurred.
• Make sure that each fiber optic cable is securely connected and
locked.
• Clean both ends of the cables and the connectors on the card by
using commercially available optical fiber cleaning products.
• A fiber optic cable may be damaged. Replace the cable with another
one.
If the indicators do not go off after performing these steps, have the
card inspected by qualified Yamaha service personnel.
4 LINK indicators
Flash or light according to network status.
Green
Preparing to connect to the TWINLANe network. If this status
(flashes)
persists, the card is not operating correctly. If the following steps
do not resolve the problem, have the card inspected by qualified
Yamaha service personnel.
• Turn the power to the RIVAGE PM10 system off and back on
• Check if the DSP-R10 is configured correctly.
• Check if the DSP-R10 is connected to the TWINLANe network.
• Check if cables are connected correctly.
