Network
A Wi-Fi connection between the unit and
home network is not possible
The unit does not support IEEE 802.11ac . Use
the 2.4 GHz frequency band (IEEE 802.11 b/g/
n) or 5 GHz frequency band (IEEE 802.11 a/n)
for the Wi-Fi network.
When setting a Wi-Fi network using the
SongPal application on your smartphone/
iPhone, connect your smartphone/iPhone to
the Wi-Fi network to be used beforehand.
If a LAN cable is connected to the unit,

setting of a Wi-Fi network is correct, try the
following.
 Turn off the wireless router/access point,
wait a while and turn on the power again.
