type - designation: Hyundai FMT 193
is in compliance with requirements and other relevant provisions of the R&TTE Directive
1999/5/EC regarding on Radio equipment and Telecommunicatons Terminal equipment,
and is in compliance with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of
certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
Purpose of using is the signal transmission from the transmitting device to the receiving device
in the EU countries, using frequency band 88,1 – 107,9 MHz (short – range devices - wireless
devices for the transmission of sound).
For the conformity assessment the following technical regulations were used:

The test results are introduced in the Test reports No. ATE20132645, ATE20132646,
ATE20132647, ATS2013909 and DGC131211003A, which were issued by the laboratory
ATC-Accurate Technology Co., Ltd., P.R. China.
We declare that the product fulfills the essential requirements of the above mentioned
Directives, thus safety and health of the user, electromagnetic compatibility and efficient use of
spectrum.
