Headphone jack (1)
For headphone operation, use a headphone with
a 3.5mm stereo jack plug, connecting it to the
PHONE jack. The speakers will be muted.

General Operation

Switch device on/off (16)
By pressing the POWER ON/OFF button, you can
put the device into standby mode. Pressing the
button again will switch the device on.
Display brightness
By pressing the SNOOZE/LIGHT button (10), you
can set the brightness of your display.
Volume
By turning the volume control wheel (2) you can
adjust the desired volume.
Setting the time (17)
After connecting the power, display will show
0:00. Press and hold the PROG. / CLOCK
SET button,"0:00" will blink. Press the PROG. /
CLOCK SET button again, then repeatedly press
the
DIR- or
DIR+ button to set the current
hour time. Press the PROG. / CLOCK SET button
once more, then repeatedly press the
DIR+ button to set the current minute time.
12/24 Hour Toggling
In POWER OFF state, press and hold PROG./
CLOCK SET button (17) until you see clock time
flashes on the display. Press
(7) button to select 12 (12:00) or 24 (0:00) hour.
NOTE:
In the 12hour display, PM = afternoon.
CD Operation
1. Pull the disc door (11) open and place a disc
with the printed side up.
2. Press the POWER ON/OFF button (16) to
turn the unit on.
3. Press the FUNCTION (13) button to select
the CD mode.
4. The total number of tracks will appear in the
display, then playback will begin automatically
and the number of the track being played is
displayed.
