On the home screen, touch

Under World clock, you can:

Add a city: Touch

Set your time zone: Touch

Touch to pause the stopwatch.
When the stopwatch is paused, touch

Under Timer, drag the dot clockwise along the wheel to set the countdown time.
Touch to set a tone for the timer.

When you are done, touch

When the timer ends, your phone will play a tone. Follow the onscreen instructions
and swipe across the screen to stop the tone.
While the timer is running, touch
Clock.
. Enter a city name or select a city from the city list.
