Handle your Hearit with care. Do not submerge in water. Clean with a cloth or
sponge moistened with washing up liquid or synthetic detergent. You can remove
the pads on the headphones and clean separately if necessary.

Hearit is silent
Check that the headphones are connected to the correct jack. See point 2.
page 7
Make sure that the sound is turned on. See point 4. page 8
Check that the batteries are correctly inserted. See point 1. page 7
The batteries may be dead. Try new ones.
Hearit "whistles"
Most hearing aids are sensitive to feedback if the microphone is too close to the
headphones. Increase the distance or lower the volume.
When the indicator lamp becomes faint, it
is time to replace the batteries. Make sure
Hearit is turned off (the volume control
should be on zero).
Open battery cover and remove old batteries
and put in new batteries. Make sure they
face the right direction, as shown by the
diagram in the battery compartment. Close
the cover and check that the indicator lamp
lights when you turn on
