Before installation, the local power grid specification should be compared with that of the device (see type label). Connect the device only in case of compliance! In case the temperature controller is not plugged in appropriately abnormal heating can arise and lead to accidents and damage. Therefore the correct connection of the temperature controller must be ensured. Connect the device to appropriate power supply source. Adjust temperature scale according to requirements.

While roasting meals steam escapes between pan and cover, so be cautious when removing the cover. WARNING! Danger of burn! During the work of the device hot steam escapes out of the steam outlet.

Cleaning and maintenance 6.1 Safety advice o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been disconnected from power socket (pull the power plug!!!) and has cooled down. o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device. o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and the plug in water or other liquids. -

Cleaning the heating plate o After it cools, the unit may be cleaned. Cover the frame with a hand, so that water does not get inside. o Remove any scraps of food using a paper cloth. If they cannot be easily removed, pour a small amount of water into the heating plate and turn the thermostat to ON. -
