The dome is made of a soft medically approved rubber material. If the dome comes off
in the ear canal, it will not cause any harm. If you can, carefully take it out. If necessary,
let another person help you. Do not push the dome into the ear canal. Do not push the
tube into the ear again before the dome is removed from the ear. If you have any doubts
about how to proceed if the dome comes off, contact your Hearing Care Professional.
