2. Safety Carefully read the following instructions before use. The Trust BT110 USB BlueTooth Adapter does not require any special maintenance. Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean the adapter. Do not use aggressive substances, such as white spirit, to clean the device. These may harm the material.
If it does not start automatically, carry out the following. a. Select 'Run' from the Start menu. b. Type [D:\SETUP.EXE] and click on 'OK' to start the Trust Software Installer. Figure 2 will appear. Figure 2: Trust Software Installer Select the language you wish to use during the installation.

5. Connecting The adapter can be connected to a free USB port on your computer after the driver for the Trust BT110 USB Bluetooth Adapter has been installed and the computer has been restarted. This is carried out as follows.

Bluetooth connections There are an increasing number of devices available which communicate via a Bluetooth wireless connection.

A message will now be displayed saying that the printer is now connected to the system via the serial port COM3 of the Bluetooth Adapter. The ‘Serial Port’ icon will become green (see figure 14).
TRUST BT110 USB BLUETOOTH ADAPTER 7.2.2 Before you start Before you can communicate with a computer, your mobile telephone must first be paired to the computer by adding the device to the list of devices which are paired to the telephone.

Once the pairing has been completed, you can then edit the name tag for the device and click on YES.

Note: Since a Bluetooth connection operates at a speed of 9600 bps (9.6 kbps), it will take considerably longer to receive large e-mails and to surf the Internet when compared to faster connections with an analogue (40 kbps) or ISDN (64 kbps) connection.
