Unpacking the appliance

1. Remove the device from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials like foils, filling
materials, cable holders, and carton packaging.
3. Check the scope of deliveries for completeness.
4. If there are missing parts or obvious damage,
do not use the device. Return it to your retailer
immediately.
NOTE:
There may still be dust or production remains on
the device. We recommend that you clean the
device as described under "Cleaning". Disas-
semble the device in reverse order as described
in the chapter "Preparations".

Preparations

For assembly, also refer to the illustrations on page
3.
1. Position the device in such a way that the
switch is on the right.
2. Attach the container (6) to the base unit and
secure the container with a short turn clock-
wise.
CAUTION:
Make sure the rubber plug is attached to the
pulp container outlet (see fig. A). Otherwise
the pulp could get into the motor housing and
damage the device.
NOTE:
The container can only be fitted according to
the illustration on page 3.
3. Place the rotary scraper (5) in the container.
Make sure the guide lugs engage into the
gearwheel (7).
NOTE:
During disassembly, the rubber strips might
fall off the scraper. Make sure to re-attach
them correctly before reassembling the
device.
4. Place the sieve (4) in the container. Make
sure to align the guide lug of the sieve with the
recess in the container. The recess is located
opposite the cogwheel.
5. Then attach the screw press (3). Make sure
the guide lugs engage into the gearwheel.
6. Put the feeder tray (2) on the container with the
marking " " on the container and the marking
" " on the tray being aligned on top of each
other. (See left side.)
7. Turn the feeder tray clockwise until it locks.
8. Put the juice container (10) under the juice
outlet on the right.
9. Put the pulp container (12) under the pulp
outlet on the left.
