Bias (4P)
Gate length (T) varies
with the aperture being
set.
Smaller
'
apertures
require a longer gate.
This is a bias voltage originating in the
eSC/Interface
IC which is used in the CPU IC to raise the base
reference
voltage
waveforms to an approiate level for
operation.
The bias voltage is normally 3.5 to 4
volts.
