    General Information GENERAL INFORMATION Reading and storing the user manual This user manual accompanies this Activity Tracker. It contains important information about operation and care. For improved readability, the Activity tracker will only be referred to as tracker below. Before using the tracker, read the user manual carefully. This particularly applies for the safety notes. Non- observance of this user manual may cause damage to the tracker.

    The tracker is exclusively designed for measuring your activity and sleeping habits. It is designed for collecting data for analysis with the Crane Connect app. You can use this data to help you reach your goals in terms of fitness, level of activity and sleep. The tracker is only intended for private use and is not suitable for commercial, therapeutic or medical applications.

  • Page 17 Functions Modes The tracker has one mode (pedometer mode) with three different menus you can choose from. If you want to switch between the different menus you have to press the mode button , until the tracker automatically goes through the different menus. Regarding activating the tracker please see chapter “Activating the display module”.

    Daily goal display In the Crane Connect app you can configure which goal you would like to access on the tracker. For this, access the settings for the tracker in the app and select “Daily Goals” (steps, distance or calories).

  • Page 20: Step Counter

    Crane Connect app. The LEDs show you how close you are to reaching your goal number of steps. By factory default, a daily goal of 10,000 steps has been set. You can use the Crane Connect app to turn the acoustic signal on or off and change the daily goal.
  • Page 21 Connect app. The greater the distance you cover during one day, the more LEDs will flash when you switch to daily goal display. Please note that you have to select the distance as your goal in the Crane Connect app. The LEDs indicate current progress with respect to your goal distance.

    Operation OPERATION Charging the rechargeable battery The tracker has an integrated lithium polymer rechargeable battery. Charge it fully before using the tracker for the first time (approx. 3 hours). Before starting the charging process, dry the charging contacts on the back of the tracker thoroughly if necessary to avoid corrosion.

    Operation Putting on the tracker/clip NOTICE! We recommend that you do not wear the tracker on your dominant hand. − Put the band with the display module around your wrist and fasten the band. The band should not be fitted too tightly, but also not too loosely around your wrist. It must not cause you any pain, but it should be secure enough so as to prevent loss.

    Downloading and installing the Crane Connect app For using this tracker you must download the Crane Connect app and install it on your smartphone for example.

    Install the Crane Connect app on your smartphone. Follow the step-by-step instructions for this. Creating a user To create a user with the Crane Connect app, follow the step-by-step instructions for registration. To perform user and product-specific settings, select the icon “All Settings”. Various icons will now appear on the display.

Make sure that the Bluetooth® function on your smartphone has been activated. Once the user settings are complete, return to the “All Settings” menu.
