Checks
Check sequence
1. Check the welded parts of the
drier inlet and outlet and drier
auxiliary in the compressor
compartment (high pressure side).
2. Check the end of compressor
sealing pipe (low pressure side).
3. Check silver soldered parts.
(Cu + Fe / Fe + Fe).
4. Check bending area of wire
condenser pipe in compressor
compartment (cracks can
happen during bending).
5. Check other parts (compressor
compartment and evaporators in
freezer compartment).
Check frost formation on the surface - Find out the leaking area, repair,
of evaporator in the freezer
compartment.
- If the frost forms evenly on the
surface, it is OK.
- If it does not, it is not good.
Measures
Weld the leaking part, recharge the
refrigerant.
evacuate, and recharge the
refrigerant.
- No leaking, remove the remaining
refrigerant, and recharge new
refrigerant.
Remarks
Drier must be replaced.
