８．Installation
１）Mounting of Humistat
1-1) Remove the front cover

1-2) Mounting of humidistat
● Wall Mounting
① Fix the base on the wall by tapping screws(M4),etc.
② Put the front cover to the base after wiring on the terminal.
● Panel Mounting
①
Fixing screw(M3)
① Close the front cover and tightened the fixing screw(M3) after wiring on the each terminal.
② Insert the panel fittings into the cutting-hole of the front cover, and mount the panel.
Failure in observing the following could result in injuries
!
CAUTION
of operators, or damage and malfunction of the device.
●When insert the panel fittings,take care that you do not hurt hands.
２）Installation of Temperature Sensor
●In case to use the sensor holder
・After mount the sensor holder by screws
or tapping screws (M3,M4), push the
temperature sensor into the sensor holder
and fix the sensor.
●In case of pipe mounting
・Fix the sensor by copper plate with
adequate isolation, and put around the
heat insulation material on the sensor.
●In case of insertion to pipe, bath
・Apply the bulb well as option.
●Lead wire extension of temperature sensor
・Use weather proof wires for extension out
of doors.

・Allowable extension distance is 100m or
less.(Lead wire : 0.5mm or more)
・Make sure to connect and take the drip
proof / insulation treatment by taping.
① Loosen the fixing screw with a +(Plus)screwdriver
less than axis diameter of 6 mm.
② Push the cover-holding clutches and open the
panel to the right.

９．Wiring
Make sure to cut off the power before wiring,and start it after safety check.
Further,apply the power to the ULE after make sure to re-check the wiring and close
the case with fixing screw.
Wiring method
・Make sure to connect with M3.5 crimp terminal.
・When pull out lead wire,use a knock-out(back side and bottom of body)
according to the direction of pull out lead wire.
・2 lead wires of temperature sensor has no polarity.
CAUTION
！
● When using an inductive load i.e.,compressor etc.,a rush current 3 to 10 times of
the rating may result a contact welding. When the rush current exceed the allowable
output current,use an auxiliary relay suitable for the load.
● Do not connect the power to the sensor terminals①②. It gives damage to ULE.
●Wiring of Temperature Sensor.
●Connect the power.
In case of applying any voltage other
than the rated voltage,it may cause
damage, wrong working.
●Connect the load and the power for load.

CAUTION
Lead wire

●Do not push the key with a pointed article because it damages the key and cause
a failure.
●When the case gets dirty,wipe it on the wring cloth holding neutral detergent.
Prohibit to use the following because they hurt the surface of the case.
※ Organic Solvent(Thinner,Benzine etc.)
Fix with
tie-rap etc.
※ Storong Acidic or Strong Basic
●Do not sprinkle water on the ULE.
