DIGITAL THERMOSTAT
１．Introduction
To sure the correct use of the device,please read the instruction manual
beforehand. After reading the manual,make sure to keep it to hand.
２．Limit on Application
The product is not designed nor manufactured for an use in such equipment or system
that is intended to be used under such circumstances that may affect human life.
For application requiring extreme high reliability,please contact the Company first.
３．Safety Precaution
Failure in observing the following could result in fires,
！ WARNING
electrification or breakdown of the device.
●Make sure to cut off power before wiring.Otherwise,there is a possibility
to have an electric shock.
●Do not install the device at the place where is high humidity,water and oil
ingress, because it will cause damage,heat-up and ignition.
●Observe not to decompose,repair and modify by other than the Company.
To touch with the internal parts may cause an electric shock and defects.
４．Handling Precaution
Failure in observing the following could result in injuries

of operators, or damage and malfunction of the device.
To avoid damages,malfunctions and grievances,make sure to attend to the
following matters.
１）For Thermostat main unit
●Do not install the humidistat in the following environments.
・Places with severe mechanical vibration or shocks.
・Dusty places.
・Place the ambient temperature of thermostat is over the range of -10 to 50℃.
・Near device generating storong high-frequency noises.
●Storage and Transportation
・Do not drop and give damages the thermostat during storage and transportation
because the humidistat itself is a precision mechanical equipment.
２）For Temperature Sensor
●Sensor is recommended to be installed at aplace where air flow exists and
representative humidity can be sensed.
●Do not install the following locations.
・Where rain fall, dew or direct sunlight is expected.
・Where dust or corrosion gas is expected.
(Especially Humidity Sensor can not be installed near aceton,ammonia
or organic gas is expected.)
・If there is large difference between surface temp.of inside wall and
room temp.the sensor should be installed with heat insulator as wall
temp. affect humidity sensor.
・Sensor line should be isolated from power and lead lines to prevent
from induction noise influence.
５．Operation check
Install and calibrate the product correctly and then check its operation to
confirm correct function of the whole system when using.

CAUTION
of operators, or damage and malfunction of the device.
●If the device is used in equipment that generates electromagnetic waves, double-check
the operation to detect any malfunction. In order to avoid the influence of
electromagnetic waves, do not confront the device with the electro-magnetic wave
generating component of the equipment.
●When the power distribution is resumed after an electric power failure, the device
resets itself automatically, reading out the operation mode, preset values, and
calibration values in memory. For safety precautions, however, confirm that the
whole system including the device is working properly.
