operatIon of the InductIon hot plate

1. The appliance can be controlled through
the power setting as well as through
the temperature setting. You can switch
between both setting modes by pushing the
button „FUNKTION" [„MODE"]. The power
setting respectively temperature setting may
be adjusted at any time while cooking by
pushing the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons.
The initial setting of the appliance is „P8"
(1,800 Watt). This setting can be changed
by pushing the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons.
2. Connect the plug to the wall socket.
3. A short alarm sounds and the display shows
„--" to indicate that the appliance is ready
for operation.
4. Press the „START/STOP" button once. The
display indicates „0 0".
5. Fill a suitable pot and place it in the centre
of the plate.
6. When no pot is placed on the plate, an alarm
sounds at intervals, the display indicates
„E0" and the appliance is switched off
automatically after 60 seconds.
7. Press the „FUNKTION" [„MODE"] button
once. The indicator light „Watt" lights up.
The display indicates the power setting.
You my change the setting by pushing the
buttons plus (+) and minus (-).

8. The following adjustments are possible:
P 1 400 Watt
P 2 600 Watt
P 3 800 Watt
P 4 1,000 Watt
P 5 1,200 Watt
P 6 1,400 Watt
P 7 1,600 Watt
P 8 1,800 Watt
9. If you push the button „FUNKTION"
[„MODE"] again, you may control the
appliance by means of the temperature
setting. The indicator light „°C" lights up.
The standard adjustment is 240 °C. The
following adjustments are possible:
H 1 approx. 60 °C
H 2 approx. 100 °C
H 3 approx. 140 °C
H 4 approx. 180 °C
H 5 approx. 220 °C
H 6 approx. 240 °C
10. If you want to pre-adjust the cooking time,
push the button ZEIT [TIME] now. The
indicator light „Zeit" [„Time"] lights up.
Now select the time in minutes by pushing
