Instruction
Using VERY soft, cooled steamed vegetables and 1 to 3 tablespoons
Pulse on High and then run on Low until smooth.
Run on High with a small amount (1 to 2 pinches) of sugar.
Maximum three 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces of citrus peel.
Pulse on High. Use ¾ cup (175 ml) of 1-inch (2.5 cm) cookie pieces
60 ml maximum.

BLENDER JAR – TIPS AND HINTS
