B) Warranty management by Invoice (for professional use)
To activate the request for warranty repair shall send, at its expense, the apparatus together
with a copy of the invoice and the Assistance Request Form duly completed and signed, to
the following address: OMNICALL Srl. Repair Center OMNICALL ® Via Pietro Bembo, 22 -
41123 Modena (MO).
If the Terms of Guarantee will be met, the apparatus will be repaired or replaced and will be returned
without charge.
In the event that the failure is not covered by warranty will be formulated for an estimate, based on
which you decide whether or not to repair the product.
For any request for technical assistance and to supplement the information contained in the Operation
Manual of the product you purchased and offer you a better service, we recommend to visit the
"SUPPORT" section of our website at http//:www.omnicall.it where you will find a lot of information and
tips on setting up, updating and new configurations (always changing) products and to solve common
problems.
On the website are also available: manual, drivers, and firmware upgrades.
The product is guaranteed for a period of 24 (twenty four) months from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the apparatus exhibits a defect in accordan-
ce with the contract of sale, (and usually the product information) without any charge for labor
and materials, as well as the costs related to shipping costs to the consumer.
The warranty is valid only in the event that this warranty certificate, filled in all its parts by the
purchaser and accompanied by valid proof of purchase (sales receipt to the consumer), is
presented at the time of the request for intervention . The non-conforming product must be
returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories.
The serial number, must not be deleted in any way much less defaced, otherwise void the
warranty.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligence, use or installations that do not
comply with the instructions, tampering, modification of the product, or the serial number,
damage due to accidental or negligent purchaser with particular reference to the outer parts .
It also does not apply in the case of damages due to supplying the voltages other than those
indicated or sudden changes in voltage which the device is connected as well as in the event
of failures caused by infiltration of liquids, fire, inductive discharge / or electrostatic discharges
caused by lightning, power surges or other phenomena external to the unit..
The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear after use, the batteries when supplied,
cables and cords, connector, external parts and plastic substrates, which is not manufacturing
defects.
Warranty not includes: periodic monitoring, software updates, settings, maintenance.
After the warranty period, the assistance will be explicated charging for the parts replaced, the
cost of labor and transportation, according to the rates in force.
For equipment sent for repair, at the base there is not a lack of conformity of the product will
be charged for the costs of transport and a contribution to the retesting of Euro 30.
