Omnicall s.r.l. Via Pietro Bembo, 41123 Modena - Italy- declares under its sole responsibility that the
product name Omnicall ® ONE GSM to which this declaration relates, meets the essential require-
ments of the Directive indicated below:
1999/5/EC of 9th March 1999, R & TTE, (on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equi-
pment and the mutual recognition of their conformity) of Legislative Decree dated May 9th, 2001, 269
(OJ 156 of 07 / 07/2001). As designed in compliance with the requirements of the following standards

INFORMATIONS FOR USERS
According to article 13 of Legislative Decree 25th July 2005, 151 "Implementation of Directives
2002/95/EC and 2003/108/EC on the reduction of use of hazardous substances in electrical and elec
tronic equipment, as well as to waste disposal ".
The crossed bin symbol on the appliance or on its packaging indicates that the product at the
end of its life must be collected separately from other waste.
The user must therefore dispose of the equipment at the end of its useful life separate collec-
tion of electronic and electrical waste, or return it to the dealer when buying a new equivalent
product, on a one to one .
The separate collection for the subsequent forwarding of recycling, treatment and environmentally
compatible disposal helps to prevent negative effects on the environment and health and supports the
reuse and / or recycling of the materials they are made of the equipment.
Illegal dumping of the product by the user involves the application of administrative sanctions provided
by law.
