If\. Warning! Never use vinegar as a descaling agent. You can use any

commercially a vailablenon-toxic, n on-harmful d escalingproductfor coffee
machines. Werecommend u singa Saecodescaling agent.
Descaling is necessary every3-4 months,when thereis a reduction in the water
capacity. The machinemust be on; it automatically controlsthe distribution of the
descaling solution.
Whenthe machineneeds
descaling, the indicator
lightwill flash.
Removethe cartridge filter
carefully.
Fill the watertankwiththe
descaling solution.
Place a large receptacle
beneath thesteamtube.
Press the button for 5
seconds.
Openthe knob.
The descaling process
starts.
The solution will be di-
scharged at intervals.
The lights will flash to
signal when descalingis
over.
Close the knob.
Remove the container.
Place a large receptacle'
beneath the steamtube.
Openthe knobto rinse.
Whennowateris left,turn
the knobto closethevalve.
Remove the container.
Rinse out the tank and fill it
with fresh drinking water.
If\. If the descaling
~
cycleisinterrupted,
the watertank and internal
machine circuits must be
rinsed.
When descaling is over,
fit the cartridge filter back
in place.
