Can you see the normal waveform?
YES
Check the input (Pin AB12,AC11,AF11)
of BCM3563(IC101).
Measure waveform at C1111, C1112,C1113
because it's more easy to check.

After checking thoroughly all path once again, You should decide to replace BCM3549 or not.
