frequency
to
change from Note

The
"L"
parameters determine
the
amount
by which
the
cutoff
frequency
is
changed
at
each
point.

The
greater the value, the longer the time

takes
to
reach
the next
level.

The
greater the value, the higher the
cutoff
frequency.
The
value
set
here
follows
adjustment by
