- Check the weather station 2-3 days in a joint room before sending it back, ensure
that there are no interference sources to check the general function. Also check
whether the batteries in your product are still charged!
- Then try to find out the cause of the problem, e.g. by contacting our hotline.
- Change the location of the transmitter or the receiver to determine the best trans-
mission/receiver connection!
Disposal
When the product has become unusable, you should dispose of it in
accordance with the current statutory regulations.
Disposal of spent batteries/rechargeable batteries
You, as the end user, are legally obliged (Ordinance on the Return and Disposal of
Used Batteries) to return all used batteries. Disposal in the household waste is
prohibited!
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with the sym-
bols shown to the left. These symbols also indicate that disposal of
these batteries in the household waste is prohibited.
The designations for the critical heavy metals are as follows: Cd =
cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. You can hand in your used batter-
ies at no cost at official collection points in your community, at our
stores or anywhere batteries are sold.
You will thus carry out your legal obligations and contribute to the protection of our
environment.
