IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This machine is intended for commercial use only. It is designed exclusively to pick up dry dirt,
debris and dust in an indoor environment and is not constructed for any other use.
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.
WARNING!
1.
Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
2.
Before you plug in your new machine, make sure the voltage indicated on the rating plate located on the back
of the machine is the same as your local supply.
3.
Connect to a properly grounded outlet. See Grounding Instructions.
4.
Do not operate machine with the use of an extension cord.
5.
Do not leave machine unattended when plugged in. Unplug cord from outlet when not in use and before
servicing.
6.
Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
7.
If machine is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water,
return it to a service center for repair.
8.
Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or
corners. Do not run machine over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
9.
Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
10. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
11. Do not attempt to service the machine while cord is plugged in.
12. Do not handle plug or machine with wet hands.
13. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces. Do not expose to rain/moisture. Store indoors.
14. Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked, keep free of dust, lint, hair, and
anything that may reduce air flow.
15. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
16. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.
17. Do not use without vacuum bag and / or filters in place.
18. Do not use or pick up flammable or combustible materials such as gasoline or use in areas where they may
be present.
19. Do not use machine in the presence of flammable or combustible liquids, fumes and dusts.
20. Do not pick up any type of fluid, hazardous dust or toxic materials.
21. Do not wheel up or down stairs.
22. Get assistance when lifting machine.
23. Do not allow to be used as a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
machine.
24. This machine is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the machine by person responsible for their safety.
25. Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the machine when in use.
26. Do not modify machine from original design. Use only manufacturer-supplied or approved replacement parts.
