the ideal maté temperature of 75º C and then keep it warm at that temperature. The
unit will switch on and off to maintain the water at 75º C for up to 30 minutes and then
it will automatically shut off.
4. If you wish to stop the boiling or heating process at any time, simply press the start/
stop button "
BOIL/ HEAT WATER WITH AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
This function allows you to boil or heat water and have the unit shut off automatically
once the process is completed.
1. Plug the electric cord into the appropriate electrical outlet.
2. Choose one of the following options depending whether you would like to boil or heat
the water:
Boiling Water
Make sure the kettle icon is showing in the display. If not, press the function button
" " until the kettle icon is selected. Also, please make sure the temperature
displayed is 100º C (see figure 2).
Press the start/stop button "
the electric kettle will switch off automatically once the water boils.
Heating Water
Make sure the kettle icon is showing in the display. If not, press the function button
" " until the kettle icon is selected. Press the temperature control buttons "+/-" to
increase or decrease the temperature to your desired level. You will be able to choose
the heating temperature between 40º C and 100º C in intervals of 5 degrees (see
figure 3).
Once the desired temperature has been selected, press the start/stop button "
to start the heating process. The water will heat and the electric kettle will switch off
automatically when the water reaches the selected temperature.
3. If you wish to stop the boiling or heating process at any time, simply press the start/
stop button "
" to start the heating process. The water will heat to
" again to stop it.
