To file an email item
In the Mail list, tap an email item to open it.
Tap the Menu icon .
Tap Message, and then tap File.
Tap here.
Tap No to save the email item in the Filed folder.
Tap Yes to file the item in the Filed folder and keep a copy in the Inbox.
Filed item.
