Le fabricant garantit les composantes mécaniques et électriques du système de
désinfection ultraviolet contre tout défaut des matériaux ou de fabrication pour
une période de cinq (5) ans à compter de la date d'achat par l'acquéreur initial
(consommateur). Cette garantie n'est pas transférable. Le fabricant garantit
les lampes UV contre tout défaut des matériaux ou de fabrication pendant
une période d'un (1) an, et la chambre du réacteur pendant une période de
sept (7) ans. Le fabricant peut choisir de réparer ou remplacer, à ses frais, un
produit défectueux, compte tenu de l'application des conditions, exceptions et
exclusions ci-dessous.
CONDITIONS, ExCEPTIONS ET ExCLUSIONS
La garantie limitée décrite ci-dessus est assujettie aux conditions qui suivent:
1. Cette garantie n'est pas applicable à un produit qui aurait été réparé ou
modifié par quiconque autre que le fabricant ou une personne agréée par le
fabricant, ni à un produit qui aurait fait l'objet de bris, de négligence ou d'une
utilisation abusive.
2. Cette garantie n'est accordée qu'à l'acquéreur initial du produit, et
uniquement à l'égard de l'installation initiale du produit.
3. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour des dommages autres que le
coût de remplacement ou de réparation prévu dans la garantie.
4. Cette garantie ne s'applique qu'à un produit retourné au fabricant, aux frais de
l'acquéreur, et conformément aux instructions d'expédition communiquées
par le fabricant. Cette garantie ne couvre donc pas les frais de main-d'œuvre
requis pour enlever un produit défectueux ou pour installer un produit réparé
ou de remplacement.

Manufacturer warrants the UV ozone generator system hardware and electrical
systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
five (5) years from the date of purchase by the original owner (consumer) on
a pro-rated basis. Manufacturer warrants the ultraviolet lamps to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year and the reactor
chamber for a period of seven (7) years. The warrantor will at its option and
expense, either repair or replace such units subject to the following conditions,
exceptions, and exclusions.
CONDITIONS, ExCEPTIONS, AND ExCLUSIONS
The foregoing limited Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. This limited Warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been repaired or
altered by anyone other than the Warrantor or by a person authorized by the
Warrantor, nor to any units which have been subject to misuse, neglect, or
accident.
2. This limited Warranty runs exclusively to the original Consumer and with
respect to the original installation only.
3. WARRAnTOR SHALL nOT BE LiABLE FOR AnY inCiDEnTAL OR
COnSEQUEnTiAL DAmAGES.
4. This limited Warranty excludes the cost of labour in removing any defective
unit or installing any replacement unit. This limited Warranty applies only
to a unit when returned to the Warrantor at the owner's expense and in
accordance with shipping instructions received from the Warrantor.
