We have two CK 14/1 PRO vacuums that have just stopped working- but the reset button wasn't tripped - they are fairly new

Possible causes for two Tornado CK 14/1 PRO vacuums to stop working without tripping the reset button include:

1. Power Supply Issues – A loss of power, a tripped circuit breaker in the building, or a faulty outlet could prevent both vacuums from operating.
2. Blown Fuse or Internal Electrical Failure – If an internal fuse has blown or there is an electrical issue within the vacuums, they may stop functioning without triggering the reset button.
3. Motor Failure – If the motors have overheated or failed due to wear or a defect, the vacuums may stop working.
4. Faulty Power Switch – A defective or damaged power switch could prevent the vacuums from turning on.
5. Cord or Plug Damage – If the power cords are damaged or disconnected, the vacuums will not receive power.
6. Filter or Bag Clogs – Severe clogs in filters or vacuum bags may cause airflow issues that could lead to overheating or shutdown.

If troubleshooting these issues does not resolve the problem, contacting a Tornado Authorized Service Center or Distributor is recommended.
