Trouble Shooting
Fault
Your appliance does
not fill with water.
Excess foam has
formed in the
detergent draw.

Possible cause
Water tap has been turned off.
Water inlet hose may be twisted.
Water inlet hose clogged.
Valve inlet filter clogged.
The machine door is not completely
closed.
Excessive amount of detergent used.
Wrong detergent used.
The dirtiness of the laundry does not
match the programme select.
Insufficient amount of detergent used.
The washing machine is overloaded
with laundry.

Removing methods

Turn the faucet on.
Check water inlet hose and
untwist.
Clean water inlet hose filters.
Clean the valve inlet filters.
Close the machine door.
Press the Start/pause button.
To eliminate foam formation,
mix a tablespoon of softener
with 500ml of water and pour
the mixture in the detergent
drawer. After 5 – 10 minutes,
press the Start/pause button
again. For the next washing
operation, use the correct
amount of detergent.
Use detergents produced only
for automatic washing
machines.
Select the appropriate
programme for the dirtiness of
the laundry. See page 17
Adjust the amount of detergent
based on the dirt level of the
laundry.
Load the washing machine with
the correct amount and weight
and do not exceed maximum
laundry capacity.
