7.2 Disassembling the Optical Pickup Unit
1. Remove 2 screws A and remove the TRV feed rack.
2. Remove the screw B and remove the Terminal FPC.
3. Remove the optical pickup.
7.3 Cautions to Be Taken When Replacing the
Optical Pickup
An antistatic flexible sheet (FPC) is connected with the
new optical pickup.
Replace the optical pickup according to the following
procedure.
1. Install the Terminal FPC, TRV feed rack on the optical
pickup. (See Fig. A)
2. Install the Terminal FPC in the connector on the
Terminal P.C.B..

7.2 光ピックアップユニットの分解手順
1. ねじA （2本） を外し、TRV送りラックを外す。
2. ねじB （1本） を外し、中継FPCを外す。
3. 光ピックアップを外す。

7.3 光ピックアップ交換時の注意点
新品の光ピックアップには、静電対策用フレキ （FPC） が接
続されています。
光ピックアップの交換時も以下と同様の手順手順で行いま
す。
1. 光ピックアップに中継FPC、TRV送りラック、シャフ
トバネを取り付ける。 （Fig. A参照）
2. 中継P.C.B.のコネクターに中継FPCを取り付ける。
Ground the optical pickup with a clip.
クリップ等でアースしてください。
