Temperature Control Switch The temperature control sets the desired temperature level (100°C - 230°C). Function Control Switch Enables you to choose between • Off setting • Upper heat with convection • Lower heat with convection • Lower and upper heat with convection Timer / On/Off switch The appliance is only ready to be used once the timer is set. -
