To connect your Android phone to the Jensen JRV9000:
1. Install the App: Download and install the Jensen HDMI/MHL Connect app from Google Play onto your smartphone.
2. Pair via Bluetooth: Pair your smartphone to the head unit using Bluetooth (BT) for full touch screen control. Refer to your smartphone and head unit documentation for pairing instructions.
3. Connect via HDMI/MHL: - Most Android phones require an HDMI/MHL adapter and an HDMI cable with 2 Type A male connectors. These adapters can be purchased at smartphone retail stores. - Connect your smartphone to the HDMI/MHL adapter. - Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the adapter and the other end into the HDMI input on the Jensen head unit (located on the rear chassis panel). - Check your smartphone's documentation for accessing HDMI/MHL functionality.
4. Launch and Calibrate: - Open the Jensen HDMI/MHL Connect app on your smartphone. - Use the head unit's touch screen to start the touch screen calibration process.

JRV9000 DVD Sub-Menu Features The DVD system has a built-in parental lock feature to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing restricted disc content. By default, the rating system is unlocked. Once set up, the parental lock is released only by entering the correct password.

JRV9000 MP3/WMA Operation MP3 is a format for storing digital audio. An audio CD-quality song can be compressed into the MP3 format with very little loss of quality, while taking up much less space. JRV9000 Managing Incoming Calls When connected to a BT mobile phone, the unit will mute audio output, pause CD play, and change to the BTscreen below when a call is received. When Camera 1 is triggered and the Auto Mic Enable feature is on, the camera 1 video appears on the entire screen and the audio input from the camera is played.
SWC Ready The built-in SWC Interface is compatible with PAC steering wheel control modules. The PAC SWI-RC is recommended.
