How many devices can log into an ASUS account?
To use your AiCam, you would need your AiCam and a monitoring
device such as your mobile device. You can log up to 20 devices,
including your AiCam, into one ASUS account.
What network environment does my AiCam support?
Your AiCam supports most network environments, except for the
following environments:
• A Wi-Fi network that requires opening a browser for authentication.
Example: free Wi-Fi in an airport
A Wi-Fi network that does not allow the use of port 5061 or the use

of a non-defined DNS name.
Example: a company's internal Wi-Fi network
Why did my AiCam setup process failed to complete?
To successfully set up your AiCam, ensure the following:
• The Wi-Fi password is correct.
• The SSID/network name is not hidden.
What if I change the Wi-Fi SSID or password?
Reset your AiCam and configure the settings of your AiCam again.
What if I connect my AiCam to a new Wi-Fi router?
If you assign the same SSID and password to your new Wi-Fi router,
AiCam will connect to this new router automatically.
