Is there a mute button on my TTfone Mercury2 TT200? when calling or answering, sound cannot be heard from this phone ?

The context does not mention a mute button on the TTfone Mercury 2 TT200. If there is no sound during calls, possible reasons include:

1. Volume is set too low — adjust using the up or down navigation key during a call.
2. Poor network coverage — check the signal strength.
3. Hardware issue — the speaker may be damaged.

Mute functionality is not described, so it likely does not have a dedicated mute button.
